Entertainment Guaranteed

I’ve finished uni for the year, so naturally I’ve been browsing my google reader with fierce intensity. Here are some things I’ve found pretty and/or interesting.

Ok that’s all. As a bonus photo, here’s a shot from my jaunt to France in June/July that I recently unearthed:

Blouse: The Vintage Nest, Bellingen
Skirt: Gorman
Cardigan: Thrifted
Bag: Thrifted

  1. I lived in Boston this past summer and I didn’t have the chance to visit all of the stores on that list – but I can strongly recommend Bobby’s and the SoWa Antiques market! They’re literally right next to each other too, so if you visit them on a Sunday you can conveniently visit both at the same time. I hope you have a lovely trip!

    • Ooh thank you, that’s very helpful actually. Bobby’s looks like it has a lot of mid-century things, which is always nice, so I’ll take your advice and go on a Sunday to see the markets too. If you have any cute café recommendations as well, go wild.

  2. Thanks for the link, Michelle! Do you know, I’m almost entirely certain that we had an English tutorial together first semester last year…

    • Oh wow, you are entirely correct. Yes, I believe it was “Narratives of Romance and Adventure” with Radiyah. Well I’m glad I stumbled upon your blog in any case – it’s always nice to have it pop up in my google reader. I see you’ve also written for Bitch Magazine and Feministe, and apparently you also coordinate the Feminist Blog Carnival. Impressive!

Perhaps I’ll see you around uni next year, then.
